All baked goods are free from added artificial colours, flavours, preservatives and yeast. Our traditional family recipes are made from base raw materials, so we don’t use any pre-prepared mixes. We operate mainly a manual process with simple, old-style methods and wholesome ingredients such as wholegrain brown flour, bran, pinhead, oatmeal and fresh local Bramley apples.

Our oven-finished products can be heated prior to consumption which enhances aroma, texture and flavour to give a most enjoyable culinary experience. We deliver daily to local shops and supermarkets to ensure maximum freshness, and all products are suitable for freezing. All our produce complies with food safety management system HAACP.
