Siobhan and Maura hold an impressive range of relevant qualifications and awards including Diploma in Bakery Production and Management, Advanced Food Marketing Programme, Management Development Programme from Waterford Institute of Technology, Certificate in Supervisory Management, Odlums’ Technology Ingredient Combination, Bolands’ Cup for Cake Decorating, Dublin Institute of Technology Special Century Award and Listowel Food Fair Home Baker Award for Fruit Scones. Significant milestones and achievements include the bakehouse extension and tea rooms in 2000, 10 Year Anniversary Open Day in 2002, HB Sunday in 2008, the John Murray show in 2009, 1 Million square of bread in 2009 and the Richard Corrigan show in 2010. The business has kindly been supported by West Limerick Resources and the Limerick County Enterprise Board over the years.
